Susan, Just to run through the process,
1) If you wish to have a look at what you have got Click Preview, and having looked, Close it 2) Set the PDF Button 3) Click the Create Button on the top right of the screen, and you will see a printer start underneath. A new screen will open 4) Select a folder, enter a file name, and then open. Note: Sometimes the screen which should open for the file name may be hidden, and the printer just seems to go on for ever, try moving the visible screen so that you can see it.
