Oops, looks like "do pdf" has the same limit as even that chart was chopped after 198 inches.
The only way I know of exceeding that limit is to use FTM 2005 which allows the creation of a pdf of any size. Unfortunately, the Amyuni Document Converter that works with FTM2005 will only work in 32bit pre Vista Operating Systems. Maybe there are other pdf printers that do not have this limit? I use "do PDF v7" and it allowed me to create a pdf 854 inches wide with no problem.
