I do have the latest build...  The Units of Measure was set to cm

Do you have the latest build 7.5.0.201?  There was a bug with settings in a previous build which as been fixed.

Go to Options > Customize > Data Defaults and make sure the setting for "Units of Measurement" shows "inches" and not cm.
 
Then go back to the report and click on "Reset" in the lower right corner to reset the settings.
