Tough one.

I don't use source writer but from a quick look it appears you can add
a source of your choosing, electoral office database.  If that doesn't
work, then either Basic Format or Online Database would be as close as
you could get.

The electoral rolls in England are on microfilm from 1832 to 1900 and
hardcopies thereafter.  They're usually in the county record office.

I add electoral rolls info to the person's research notes.
