Let's say I m proofreading a note, make a minor correction, want to save it and continue proofing. But Legacy always closes the Note when I click save. This does not happen in my word processor. Could not Legacy have a separate Close option-- or Save and Close option -- and keep the Note open after I save it??
Also, I find the "Find" command awkward to use. If I am in Notes, do Control F, the Find box pops up, and there is an option that is ALWAYS checked that says "Start at Beginning." Usually I have to uncheck that. Then when I click Alt N (to find the item), it highlights the found item, and the "Find Box" disappears. (Agan this does not happen with my word processor.) So I do another Cntl F to bring it back up, but if I then do another Alt N, it does not go on to the next instance of what I'm looking for. Instead I have to move my cursor to the right of the highlighted item, THEN do a Cntl F, THEN do an Alt N. Three steps when only one should be necessary! I have just submitted these to Legacy as suggestions so I'm not sure any response is needed.
