Go to Reports, All Reports, and do a Descendant report -- Make sure you are at the oldest family line member (say Tom Jones, b. 1545) as your starting person. You will want to select may 30 generations (any number greather than you have in your database) to print.. there is an option to print it as a PDF file in lower right of Descendant Book Window. Choose PDF and give the file name and location where you want to save it.
That's it -- take the PDF file on your computer with you. ___ Leon Chapman [email protected] ----- On Fri, Jul 20, 2012 at 5:00 PM, MJ SA <[email protected]> wrote: > How do I print one line of my family tree onto a pdf so I can review > it while I am at the Family History Library going through films? > > > > Legacy User Group guidelines: > http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp > Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: > http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ > Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: > http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ > Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp > Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on > our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com). > To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp > > Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
