If you are intending to include a link, bear in mind the site may disappear at some stage in the future. Another consideration is that if the link is to a subscription site, anyone clicking on that link would also have to have a subscription in order to view more than the index. Better to either save an image of the document or a screenshot and attach it, if you want the actual source document.
