At the top of the screen go to TOOLS, then SET RELATIONSHIPS. In the top box put the person you want to be the starting person (usually this would be you). Answer the questions and then hit SET RELATIONSHIPS.

I can't see anything obvious in the Help File - probably because I'm using the wrong search parameter.
