I think Gene is after number 2.

It might help to know why though because I can get the index to
display by surname then alphabetically by given name.

I have columns for birth date and place, death date and place, spouse,
marital date and place which shows me what information is missing.
What it doesn't show are the names of parents or children.

I wish I could remember how I managed to print out the index! :))
