I record names as they appear, but I don't record all the variations as
AKAs, preferring to use AKA only for where someone actually used 2 (or
more) different names.

I use one spelling, usually the one that is used for the Birth or
Baptism record or else the one that is used most frequently, for the
Given Name and Surname fields and that is the name I use when saving all
documents and pictures relating to that individual or family.

One of my family names is Molyneux.  Molyneux is spelling settled on my
more recent branches of the family so that is the name I use throughout,
although it appears in various documents (and I record it then) as
Molineux, Mullinex, Mollinex, Mollineaux, etc.
