Actually, it would depend on how their servers and their system are configured 
I think.

If they deleted the files and afterwards your computer synched with them, your 
files on your computer might automatically delete themselves too as part of the 
synch.

On the other hand, if they've designed their system so that they don't delete 
the files until after making a synch impossible, then the files on your 
computer would be in no danger.

With anything important I'd definitely want to verify with the company.

However, once they cancel the contract between them and you, they have lost 
permission and the right to access your computer and any further access and or 
file deletions would be computer trespass in MANY legal jurisdictions.  I doubt 
any cloud service would risk the many and serious repercussions from such a 
pointless action as deleting files from your computer with no valid reason or 
justification for doing so.


I do not think I will worry about it.  And it really is not a Legacy or Legacy 
add-on program.
