It would print out as you entered it. But the way to Source each individual "note" would be to enter some sort of abbreviation or indication at the end of each paragraph. Say, for example, the various Sources for the Notes includes "the Anderson Family Tree", "the Barnes photo album" and "Charles's Diary."
