Michele, You do not need to learn how to use Access and Legacy together, Legacy is an Access Database. What you need to do is learn the constructs of Access and Access SQL. There are many books on this, and no doubt tutorials on the web. It is way beyond the scope of this list to go further, and it is quite a journey.
