Was the funeral held at the funeral home or at a church?

If it was for a service at a church, even though the funeral home may
have produced the card you could use the Church Records > Brochures etc.
 > Basic format template. It has fields for the church details as well
as the type of record and a title that might do.

If the service was at the funeral home then the Artifacts or the Generic
Source template(s) would be my suggestion. Look at each one and see how
you could enter the info to describe the funeral card you have.
