Brian, This problem is not new - I reported it in June 2011, and got an uninformative response. There was considerable correspondence on this at the time but I think everyone gave up at the lack of action from Legacy in the subsequent upgrades. The problem seems to be intermittent. It often arises when you add a source or add a comment in the Burial notes.
