In that case, you need to know a lot more about a) your machine and b) Windows.
Use Windows Explorer to navigate to you Legacy folder. In there you'll see the
RG.DAT file. Right-click on it and select properties. The General tab will tell
you when it was created (basically when you installed Legacy) and when the file
was last modified and accessed.
