That depends. If you have a Master Source called Newspaper: XYZ and you've only used it for this one situation, you could Show List for that one Master Source. Then proceed to add the image to each citation of it. It's not perfect but it narrows it down.
The other thing you could try is using Detailed Search to find all the instances you can, searching on something specific in Event Name or Event Description.
