Or download the free utility, Dolphin Text editor. It allows you to highlight a block of text in just about any other program and change the letter case pretty much any way you want. Title, Sentence, Upper, Lower and many other options. Instead of complaining that Legacy does not do the jobs of a dozen programs that it is not, do a little research and find a solution.
