Janet I had the same problem. It is because your curser is not at the end of what you have written. If the curser is now a line or two it will show up in the report as blank lines. I have to go back and check all my sources and notes for everyone to make sure the curser was at the end of what was written. I finally tagged each person as I completed them so I knew they were done. Took forever. I now make sure as I add things that the curser is always at the end.
