Tim, that's the other side of living in a country where everthing is possible.
We have a law saying the those not securing their WLAN are liable for the misuse. And about those driving around. For the moment they were stoped here. They have to do some homework removing information people don't want published. I bet. The moment they finish the data is outdated.
