I sometimes attach a jpg twice, first as a Picture and then as a File. For group photos the "File" attachment then opens with Picasa or Windows Live and when I hover over a face their name pops up. (If I have previously ID'd that person) It's also handy to view census images in a separate window while inputting to Legacy.
