Copy your Legacy.usr file to a safe place. That has all the settings from Options > Customize. The Legacy2.usr file contains your current screen sizes and positions. There are other .usr files but they are for reports etc. and should not be affected by an update. For that matter neither should your Legacy.usr and Legacy2.usr file. Those are created when you start Legacy if they do not exist.
If your settings do reset on the update send an email to [email protected] and attach the copy of Legacy.usr you saved (rename it legacyold.usr first) as well as the Legacy.usr file after the update.
