Open up the Master Location List (View > Master Lists > Location... or click on the Locations icon if you have it showing).
Then click on one of the duplicate locations, click on the Combine button, then click on the second duplicate, and the same button again which now says "Combine With". I can't remember which of the two becomes the combined location, you may like to check the Help if you don't want to just experiment.
