I just created a .gedcom of ancestors of Jane Doe.

I then imported the .gedcom and then created an ancestor report for Jane
Doe.

In the principal file/report I have this Event sentence definition:
Property: [Date], [Place]: [Desc] [Notes][Sources]
which results in this sentence:
Property: 1850, WASHINGTON Co., VA: $5000 in real property.

In the gedcom, it comes out like this:
[EventName]: [Desc] [onDate] [inPlace].[Sources] [Notes]
"He owned $5000 in real property. in 1850 in , WASHINGTON, VA, USA.17"

Can someone tell me why the sentence definition in the .gedcom is different
from the sentence definition in the file it was created from??

Thanks,

Pat
