Technically, this is off topic because I don't see anything here about
Legacy - so PLEASE, let's not discuss operating systems and whether or
not Lu should upgrade her laptop!

I have 64-bit Vista on my laptop and Legacy is working just fine on it.

Just make sure you keep your important data backed up to CD/DVD or an
external USB drive.
