Thanks Ron I kept playing about with various report options and the problem seems to have resolved itself. I've no idea exactly what it was that corrected it. As you say the Print Setup box is nothing to do with Legacy so nothing makes sense.
To correct the omission on my original posting I am using Windows 7 64 bit which has obviously had a bit of a hiccough! Thanks for your reply.
