You cannot share the location list between files but you can import the locations from another file. View > Master Lists > Location Click Options and select import Use the browse button to find the file from which you want to import Select Location List as the item to import If you have difficulty or questions at any stage press F1 or use the help button on the screen for more information. Repeat as needed to import from other files.
