Of course, you're best security is doing a backup (File > Backup
Family File) before doing the Master Lists Cleanup.

I would also not allow the program to "Remove Abandoned Information
From..."  Event definitions - that would remove any unused ones.

The Event Sentence Definitions are in a table in the .FDB file.
