Make sure you have scrolled down (if necessary) so you can see the foot
of the webinar "picture" and then move your mouse down the screen.  You
should see the "time line" appear as you move to the bottom of the
"picture" and it will disappear again as your mouse pointer goes off the
bottom.  If you leave the mouse pointer over the "time line" it will
stay put, at least for a while.

(I'm using Firefox, haven't tried it in IE.)
