I too have lots of ancestors in the UK, and have toyed with the idea of using the parish instead of the county, which would give a better idea of who's in the same general part of the country. That's often all you get for the baptism anyway. Canada doesn't have counties either, at least for northern Ontario and west of that, so the extra comma is a nuisance otherwise!
Re using TBD and sorting, you could still sort in the Geolocater if you change the sort order so that TBD doesn't show in first place.
