Just open up the sample family database that is included with Legacy. Click on 
File / Open Family File /.  Then navigate to the /Legacy/Data/ folder and 
select "Sample.fdb". There are multiple marriages there, some with source 
citations of various types to give you an idea of what is possible.

I went to the marriage date, that appears on the bar below the man and woman, 
opened it  up and added an event, marriage record and added the image. I wish I 
could see an example of a marriage record on legacy.
