Probably the most compelling reason would be if you plan on upgrading
to a new computer. Legacy v5 won't run correctly on a Vista, Windows 7
or Windows 8 computer.

It's up to you if the new features in v7.5 are worth it to you. Did
you look at the list of v7.5 Deluxe features at
