Thanks Jennifer & Paula, I had used something simliar in the past, but was unsure of myself, so wasn't as consistent as I should be. Thanks for responding. I need to go back through all my e-mails and make sure I've added them to the corresponding person. I had used the Source Writer>e-mail>grouped by correspondent, i.e. Source List Name: e-mail-Joe Blow Re: Alabama Glasscocks>Text/Comments>comments about this master source: Possible connection to Jane Doe>include on reports. By adding the date in the Date field of the Event, then they'll all be grouped together as received. In the Notes field of the Event, I use the [[ ]] so all the information will not end up on my website. I copied and pasted from the emails exactly as they were. I did a quick report choosing the option to "Include Print [[Private]] notes and it looked fine. ( I have checked at the bottom to Reset) I did a quick webpage creation and realized in the Event Description field, I only need "from: Joe", otherwise that person who e-mailed me complete name would be showing up on my webpage and they might not approve. I tend to use the same Source for multiple events, i.e. Event: e-mail Re:Jane Doe Event: e-mail Re: Sue Do Then I can copy & paste to the corresponding database person. Thanks again, Syble Glasscock
