Hi Roland, I think the short answer is no, that's a Windows thing, not Legacy and I know of no way to change the number shown.
And, unless I've got where you are looking wrong, that file list is your Legacy files, not GEDCOMs. They may have been originally created by importing a GEDCOM, but they are not GEDCOM files.
