Strange, I checked that I had pedigree selected, created a single page and it was there. When I got your message I went to create the page again and this time it was a totally different style page. It seems that, for whatever reason, it reverted to a different report style for the first one. I think it created an individual report, which is what I usually use, so it seemed that it was always there. This should definitely be submitted as a suggestion by someone who uses this style.
