Just google it and you'll find nothing but links about removing this browser hijacker. Apparently Conduit.com is getting paid per user click when any of the searches are redirected using their tools.

Searches go through search.conduit.com and says they use Bing. If I go to google and search for anything, I have no problem at all. So... is this Toolbar malicious or what is going on?
