Hi Maryann I bought Dragon and it does work in Legacy. Whether you use it or not depends on whether you can type. I'm just a 2-finger typist, though I go pretty fast. I find it easier to just type the fields, unless I have something lengthy to transcribe. Even with "training to recognize your speech patterns", I with my Maine accent get frustrated with it mis-typing sound-alike words, especially uncommon genealogy words, names, and locations. But the program keeps improving, and goes on sale for like $45 at times. I do recommend getting a USB-plug microphone for it which is extra. The old analog plugs cause distortion, they told me. (then why do they continue including that type?)
