In the FAMILY view, with your arrow on the name of the person you want to add COD info, Right-Click>NOTES to open the NOTES window.
There are three tabs in this window. The third tab is MEDICAL. Click on MEDICAL and a place to enter CAUSE OF DEATH will be there. The NOTEPAD icon is also shown below the individual’s name in the FAMILY view. Click on it to open the notepad and enter COD information as well.
