The Copyright page is one of the pages available on the Additional Tab
of the Pub Centre
Click on that tab and you will see that you can add a Title Page,
Copyright Notice page, Dedication, Preface,an Abbreviations page  and an
Introduction. That is also where you set the Table of Contents, Source
and Index Options for the book.
