I do two different backup scenarios. I feel more comfortable with what I am doing as I also run 2 major websites and I have countless hours invested in those and all of their projects, databases, pictures, etc
The first scenario takes 2 external hard drives. On the first Friday of every month, I ghost copy my external drive to a different external drive. Then on that Saturday morning, I go to the safe deposit box and put it in and remove the one from the previous month. The second scenario is that I have two 32 gig thumb drives. I have all major files backed up to them. If any major changes are made to these file, I immediately back up to these thumb drives as well as well as to my external drive. I carry these thumb drives with me - one in my purse and one on my keychain. On 3/26/2013 6:34 PM, JLB wrote: > I don't understand the point of a safety deposit box, as someone > suggested.
