John - On the top menu: Options / Customize / Fonts / Screen fonts. Or Ctrl-Z takes you directly to Customize.
Click on Change to change the font; if you just want to change the size, go to the right side of that window where you have a minimum and maximum font size when resizing the window. I put 10 in each place, but you may want the font to get smaller and larger as the window size changes.
