If you're referring to the 'Comments' field on the 'Compiler Information' window, then I'm afraid it's a case of what you see is what you get. Even though the multi-line text box has a disabled vertical scroll bar in it, it never becomes enabled (at least not for me). Consequently, you're limited to the visible space, which. if my calculations are correct is a maximum of 224 characters - 4 lines of 56 at the default size and with the font I use. Widening the box makes the 'lines' longer and changing the height has a proportional effect on the height of all the boxes. So, your mileage will vary :-) -- Regards, Mike Fry Johannesburg (g) Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
