That lower sentence is built up from the contents of the event fields. I
do not know how the sentence is a "mess" but you can clean it up by
editing the contents of the event itself. If it is the order of the data
that is the "Mess" then you will need to re-define the event sentence
structure.

To copy the existing format into the over ride box click on the Edit
Event Sentence Definition button to open the existing sentence structure
Use Windows to copy the structure that matches the data you have entered
for the event
Close the sentence definition screen and use Windows to paste the copied
structure into the over ride.
You can use cut and paste to move the sentence components around until
you get a structure you like.
