Ron I agree Ron but seeing as there is no response from Legacy Tech Support, there is no harm in checking with Familysearch. At least they will tell you whether it is a problem in their end or not. Terry, Whilst there is never any harm in reading Help files, I am pretty sure that this is a Legacy problem, and would not expect the FS Help to assist in this case.
