Ron I agree Ron but seeing as there is no response from Legacy Tech Support, 
there is no harm in checking with Familysearch. At least they will tell you 
whether it is a problem in their end or not. Terry

Whilst there is never any harm in reading Help
files, I am pretty sure that this is a Legacy problem, and would not expect the
FS Help to assist in this case.

You can get help from family search when you log on to their site.
Up in the top right corner click get help. Their are a number of options to
contact someone for help.
