Tony, I am not at all clear as to what you expect to happen. You say that you have switched off tag 9 for the first individual, in actual fact you have removed the tag i.e. the first person is no longer tag 9, and, therefore, not on the list at all. When you click the blue arrow again it would seem that it has returned to the last existing tag 9 which it had visited, that seems fair enough to me.

A new person appears, I edit them and do whatever I have to do. I then save them, click the tag 9 indicator to turn it off and then hit the little blue triangle. Almost all the time, I get the "End of tagged list....." message and have to click the "OK" again. Somehow the first person in the list has become the last one.
