I thought my Search of the Help files was pretty thorough, but obviously not thorough enough! I'll have to try and remember to follow the Help's advice and re-visit Screen-Tips and Tricks from time to time. Thank you also to Monique. Now you mention it I'm pretty sure I did know the answer at one time but had forgotten.
