Legacy will not run on Android. There is no Android program which can open and directly use your Legacy Family File in the Dropbox location or on your Android device.
There is an Android application called Families by TelGen Ltd. which will run on Android devices and can read a Legacy Family file. It translates the Legacy data to its own database though and when you are using Families you are updating that copy of the data not the original Legacy File. Families has a syncing application which you will need to use on your Windows computer to transfer the change you make in Families to your Legacy Family File.
