Open the Assigned Sources window for the individual. If the title of the source shows under the first source and the Events box is Empty that means it is the same event as above it. To add the citation then you need to highlight it and then click on Edit Detail. Be aware that some source types there will be no citation detail except the date entered and file ID, if that is what you are referring to that it won’t let you enter any detail. You may have to give us more info on that. I can't seem to do it. Seems odd that one would have to have two events called "birth" in order to have two sources for the same event. I have deluxe up-to-date version.
