Bonnie, First try resetting the report options by clicking on the "Reset" button in the lower right corner of the main Family Group options window.
If that doesn't help, with Legacy closed, go to the c:\Legacy folder and delete the FGS.usr file and then try again. A new one will be created when you go back to the report.
