Dave, Use Search>Detailed Search Living=YES and Birth Date before 1994 and Address-Line 1 not equal (blank)
This search should find all living individuals born before 1994 that have something in the Street Address. You could leave off the third condition if street addresses are not in your Legacy database. Once the search has finished, you can export the results to a CSV file and import it to a spreadsheet for analysis or comparison with your other data. What I want to do is limit a descendant list to only those people who are alive and over 18 years old. My logic for picking 18 y/o is that a relative would probably be living on his/her own by that time and should have their own mailing address. By being able to create a list of all living relatives 18+ years old and comparing that list with an existing list of known addresses will indicate what new addresses need to be found. If there is a way to do this, please share that info as I’m getting ready to send out flyers/invitations to our annual family reunion. Thanks.
